By accessing or using any part of the site, downloading our code, or submitting a device for service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept every section, do not proceed.
1. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
I am not responsible if you brick your device, erase data, kill your SD card, install malware, burn the battery, trigger thermonuclear war, or get fired because an alarm app failed.
You must be the rightful owner of the device you are modifying and have the legal right to alter its software.
All guides, binaries, and source code are provided “AS IS,” without any express or implied warranty. You apply them at your own risk. If you blame me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
2. Ownership Requirement & Service Eligibility
We perform FRP removal, carrier unlocking, bootloader unlocking, and similar services only for verified owners of the equipment supplied.
To qualify, you must:
- Submit a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Provide proof of purchase or other evidence of lawful ownership (e.g., original receipt, invoice, or notarized affidavit).
- Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that you are not requesting service on stolen or illegally acquired hardware.
We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be proven to our satisfaction.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy for Unlock Services
- Request an RMA number via our support portal before shipping anything.
- Package the device securely; we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Unlock services are non-refundable once work begins, even if the procedure ultimately fails.
- Devices left unclaimed for 90 days after completion will be disposed of or recycled.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website, code, or services to:
- Facilitate theft or resale of stolen property.
- Distribute malware, spyware, or pirated firmware.
- Violate export controls or sanctions.
- Infringe any third-party intellectual-property rights.
We will cooperate with law-enforcement requests that reference stolen or fraudulently obtained devices.
5. Software Licensing
Unless otherwise noted, all original code released by frpunlocking-com is licensed under the
GNU General Public License version 2 (GPL-2.0-only) or MIT.
You may copy, modify, and distribute the software under that license. See included LICENSE for full text and obligations.
6. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all services and software are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall frpunlocking-com, its owners, or contractors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or use) arising out of or related to the use of this website, the software, or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific service or USD 50, whichever is lower.

We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Follow them at your own risk.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
We collect only the data needed to process RMA requests, provide technical support, and comply with legal obligations.

- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- Data is stored on servers located in the EU with standard encryption.
- You may request deletion of your personal data after service completion, unless retention is required by law.
